Thank you before hand for all the support receive so far from you. This time I had a question about creating a button to download directly a report.

So I have created this app to create a report. At the moment is working as expected, I created the header report, and then add information, when click on send report I receive a pdf on my inbox.

Is there a way I can create a download button, to directly get the report from my phone instead of sending to my mail.

Los bots de AppSheet crean el reporte en el servidor y luego te lo hace llegar por mail o lo guarda en tu GDrive/OneDrive. Puede hacer ambas o una sola de las dos.
Existen métodos para poder acceder desde la app a los archivos creados por un bot y guardados en el Drive, pero es un tema relativamente avanzado.
En resumen, AppSheet no tiene un método para permitirte generar un reporte descargándolo directamente
