Drawing field not displaying in form correctly

Hi,

I'm having an issue with apps that use drawing fields on Android and iOS. The field is very large, shows the colour palette and undo button, and can be drawn on before the field is unlocked. 

When an image is added, you cannot draw directly on the image instead it is displayed as 2 separate sections. 

Is this happening to anyone else?
