Drop Down List values should not be repeated once ...

Hi,
I have a table Allocation where one user fills 5 fields of the form & the other 2 columns are to be filled by another user. This value must be auto-populated as Drop-Down List based on the value selected by the first user.
How shall I achieve this?

I have used Slices to achieve this & it’s completed!!

Now, I would like to have a validation done where,

On a given date, the Vehicle allocated for the particular time slot, should not be shown in the drop down list or the entry should not be allowed.

Pls help. It would be of great help.
