Dropdown List Filter with 'Add and Search' Attribute Retention

I am looking to create a dropdown list filter that will sort information based on the selected value from the first dropdown list, while still allowing me to retain the "search and add" attribute. How can I achieve this functionality in my project? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

P.S. As an additional note, I have attached a picture of how the columns are currently arranged, as well as some details about a previous attempt I made to implement this feature. Please let me know if this information is helpful.

Use Suggested Values instead of Valid_If.
