Dynamic Email (Automation) Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Encountered this error on my first attempt at Dynamic Emails. I have emailed AppSheet support, but posting here to see if anyone already found a solution.

I already have a functioning Email Bot based on the same table, so I’m certain that the other parameters such as “To”, “Email Body”, etc are problem-free. When I chose the option to use Dynamic Email, I see the “A few things you should know…” paragraph in Blue, which I suppose implies that Dynamic Email is possible on this view.

Clicking the “Preview” button leads to this error message:
"Error
Something has gone wrong!

The URL was: masked

Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Ignoring the error and testing the bot generates the same error in the Monitor.

Anyone has experience with this who knows where the problem might lie?

That error message almost always indicates an internal error with AppSheet itself. Please contact Support for help with this.
