Dynamic email not giving me access to my own app

I have setup a simple dynamic email, i am using a gmail client, with a (free) @gmail.com email address, i own the app, the app account is Core and paid for this month, app is deployed, i am the app owner, and I'm testing the dynamic email functionality, but i am getting the below static email message (instead of the interactive detail view that i set up)

If i test the Bot that controls this task i can see the error:

This is the static version of an embedded app view (dynamic email). You are likely seeing this fallback email because you are using an unsupported email client, the email was sent to a group, or the email is more than 30 days old. Currently, an embedded app view will only render within Gmail and expires after 30 days. Please visit our...

Although this email body is not actually appearring in the email. The message is not 30 days old, i have Dynamic emails and external images turned on in my gmail settings, the email was not sent to a group

The table permissions are set to Add & Update

Under security > options : Require Users Consent is turned on

What am i doing wrong?

Is dynamic email even available for @gmail accounts? It 100% wasn't when the feature first came out, not sure if it has changed since then.

Hi Mark, yes it's available, took overnight to activate for some reason
