Dynamic email still comes as static

Hi All,

I've been trying to use dynamic email for one of app but it does not come as dynamic.

I have done all the necessary steps so that the form can be approved from the email and the user does not have to go to the app.

Do let me know if you need any more information.

Do you use gmail?

Yes, we do use gmail client.

It is worth checking Gmail settings, if or not the Dynamic email option is turned on.

Thanks for the reply. The dynamic email in the gmail setting is already enabled and I have also checked with my IT team if there is any rule which is overriding it.  I'm not sure why it is not working.

My apologies, I've not had the time to be involved lately. As Steve said. Support is your best hope.

In the meantime maybe try making a small test app with only that function.
