EDITING AND MODYFYING IN THE APPLICATION

i have created a form for my Marketing executives where they will enter all the details from the work field , but when i have received their entry i want to make sure they dont modify the data in certain field in the form or delete the entry. how can i restrict them from this right to delete and modify column wise
