These dialog boxes showing the errors are unfamiliar to me.  Nonetheless...

For the Sync error, you need to inspect the "View error details" button and try to determine what is causing the error.  You can also see these message by going into the Editor's Monitor section and launching the Audit Log view.

Not sure what you mean by this. 

Note that adding a row to a table named "Login" is not the same as logging into the app.  You are obviously able to access the app, i.e. login, or otherwise you would be getting unauthorized messages.  The issue the message is referring to is that it cannot write a row to the table "Login".  You will need to look into the Audit Log for the reason behind this error as well.
