Based on other posts, it seems maybe there MIGHT have been a short-term glitch.  Has this error corrected itself for you?

I 'd share a personal episode with that message.

I configured a VC so that it let me open a pdf that a BOT previously created for a record. but what I didnt have in mind is a certain delay on the birth of the file. SO when I click on the link from the VC it couldnt open cause there wasnt any file with that name. It was a matter of timing and syncing. Finally, I find a way by triggered the bot 1 step before the available of the VC link. 

Another episode was that I set the path and file name wrong so it call an unexisting file.
