Edit History on Google sheet on Appsheet User

How can the google sheet owner know who edited the google sheet data using AppSheet? Currently, the google sheet owner seems to be the one editing the sheet despite being edited by the different AppSheet user who submits data on the same sheet using appsheet.

You could try changing the table's Access mode to as app user:

Note that this setting is not commonly used, and I've never used it myself, so it's difficult to predict what problems you might run into. At the very least, you'll need to ensure every user of the app that is expected to make changes to the data of that table has edit access to the spreadsheet.
