Hi All,
I am currently working on an email automation to include details of the table that contains the same Key value.
The data is obtained from a request form and one of the fields is to allow users to raise another request form within the current form. If that field contains data, the data will be added into the same table as the request form's current table.
Even though the data is added accordingly, it seems like the automation portion fails to detect the data addition of the extra forms even after setting the automation event type to be a 'Adds Only' data change. It is only detecting the 1st request's data addition.
On top of that, I managed to write up the Select queries accordingly and the email preview contains the right information, however when the actual email is sent out, it is different from the preview.
Does anyone know how this issue can be resolved? Thank you in advance

Your configuration is not exactly clear but it sounds you are probably experiencing a situation as described in the article below under the section "Send an email only after adding a parent record and all of its child records". Please take a look at that section
