Email Body Templates don't show in email Preview after Editing

When i click create Appsheet creates a Template. If I open this Template and Edit it inside. Appsheet shows a blank body email.

Anybody experience this error.

Just as extra comment, I don't suggest to use this workflow when using templates. Create your own file and then reference it back from the editor, not the other way around
