Email recipients

Hi all,

Im supposing to recipient only receive his/her details but when they are receiving email, in that every user's details mentioned whose access about to end,

 

that is uncertain.

I created a task with above expression. For a recipient who's end date is about to come only receive his details but in actual users are getting multiple email with all user's details who's end date is about to come. I didn't not mention any list in cc,ed still every user is receiving  other's details too
