Email report send auto bots

I have created an email send bot. But there is a problem with this. Not all data of [filter data] is showing inside bots email excel file. How can i this issue.

Can anyone tell me why the data of ref table is not coming in the attached excel file. What mistake am I doing that the data is not coming in Excel.
