Email template issue stopping my emails - was working fine

Hello - Yesterday one of my apps stopped sending emails. Worked on it most of yesterday. When I remove the template “link” it will fire emails. I tried building new template, then tried different google drive account. Then even wrote another small app to test, still no go. Today none of my apps emailing unless I remove the template. Anyone else having issues? Apps were working fine.

Thank You Steve Coile - I was able to find 3 unfound fields in the email template. I regenerated the table, but had to go back to the spreadsheet and retype the column names to get everythnig to mesh again. But up and running now so THANK YOU very much,
