Email workflow not being received by intended recipient

Hi,

Iโ€™m having a similar issue to the one encountered by the May '19 post entitled โ€œEmail Workflow Some of emails didnโ€™t receive the reportโ€. One recipient is not receiving the report at all, even though the email address is correct. Is there any way I can find out if there have been any bouncebacks?

Our IT Manager wants to know if Appsheets supports email read-receipts as apposed to sent confirmation only, to ensure the email recipients have read the email. Is there a feature or strategy regarding email read-receipts?
