Embedding my app on a website

I would like to Embed my app so that a form will show on a website so it only shows the form questions like so..

The problem is im trying to build out everything im doing only using "google" without using 3rd party source or integrations.  So i want to build my sites through google sites and unfortunately Google Forms just don't present themselve

yes i created the app im using from appsheet. I was wondering if there was a way to embed it into a website?

Would be possible to let us know about future plan for to be able to use embed option for mail provider excluding Gmail? Is that will be possible?
