I'm facing a peculiar issue with my application and was wondering if any of you have had a similar experience or have ideas on how to resolve it.
When a user tries to open the application, instead of opening normally, it enters an endless syncing loop. It seems like it's about to open, but then goes blank for a sec, and goes back to syncing. Interestingly, this only happens with 2 out of the 40 users of my application, and when I tested those users on my device, I also encountered the error. Therefore, it seems to be a user-specific issue rather than a device problem.
Has anyone come across a similar problem in the past? Do you have any insights into what might be causing this behavior and how to fix it?
