Entries suddenly disappears

I have an app with  7 tables and approximately around 10 thousand rows for each table. I got a report from a random user that for instance, his entries from yesterday were there and then suddenly disappeared. I am just wondering, why some of their entries are there, and some are not, and then when I check, all of the data he enters today syncs. What must be the problem and why is it just a random user?

Hello there @Joms 

That's one thicc app if I might say so, if your user is adding the data and wiping the cache before it syncs he could experience that he "saw" the data in the app and that it later dissapeared, and if its just a random person he just might be doing something wrong, I suggest you go over how he uses the app and see if you find anything out of the ordinary.
