Enum Values Disappearing on Sync

Hello, all!

So, my issue is this;

I have 3 enum fields that are lookups from another table. Every time I submit a form, the values submitted from these fields are vanishing after a couple of seconds. Any idea what could be causing this?

Best guess, you're using an App formula to generate them, and another process (e.g. bot) is updating that row and the same formula now results in <blank>
