Error: Opening wrong PDF files

Hi, one of my users reported that he is not able to open a PDF file as intended.

Supposedly, a Safety Checklist Form is generated and can be opened by users.

The user reported that a different PDF form is opened from a previously generated Site Inspection Form is opened instead.

But when I tried opening his report myself, I am able to open the right one.

Can somebody help me with this?

Does the app use AppSheet's default naming conventions or is the name assigned by the automation to the generated PDF file?  If the app uses the AppSheet defaults, there should never be a clash or an issue getting the right file.

When customized naming conventions are used there is potential for the same names to be assigned to different files.  It may be that an older file with the same name is being picked up.

If the user is using a browser version of the app, have them clear the browser cache and then retry.
