Error loading app

 

Whenever I try to open the app or sync data, I keep getting an error message(“There was an error loading the app, press ok to try with the latest version”) that prevents the app from running properly. I’ve tested this on multiple devices (both computer and iPhone) and various internet connections (Wi-Fi and cellular data), but the problem persists consistently.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Try to restore an older version and see if that solves the challenge.

That message means AppSheet itself is failing to start, and almost certainly doesn't have anything to do with your app specifically. Please file a support ticket so we can figure out why that's happening.

I have encountered this issue many times. You can either update to the new version on Google Chrome or switch to using Microsoft Edge.
