Error on Uploading CSV files on appsheet

Hi everyone, I have an app which requires users to upload data via a CSV file in a specific template. However users not have MS office 2019 are not able to upload it. Any suggestions?

I’m not sure what your exact problem is.
There is no Excel available, so not able to generate CSV file to import to Appsheet app?

Assuming you have accesst to google spreadsheet. Then create data with Spreadsheet, then export data as CSV file.

We have excel, but different versions
Only CSV from 2019 version is uploaded without error
Older MS office version CSV gives error (cannot read data mostly)

Okey.
Excel version should be nothing to do with your error, but the CSV file type could be causing issue.
Check both CSV file type, one wihch is generated by 2019 and one from old versions.

Did that test too. Same CSV file type. Does not work.
