Errors 502 appsheet cannot load spreadsheet

Dear members

Please advice, How can I solve the errors 502 that I cannot load or regenerate a column in appsheet and cannot connect the spreadsheet to appsheet anymore. It always shown errors 502 and I wait for 2 days and find many way in youtube, google search, but I still crying with this problem.
