Event When Add Check If Data Available on Other Table

Hi,

I have 2 tables, Table_Input and Table_Master. Table_Input has the same unique column as Table_Master which is the "RegistrationNumber" column. I want if there is "add" event on Table_Input there will be a "RegistrationNumber" check whether it is available or not in the Table_Master.

If "RegistrationNumber" is not available in Table_Master then user cannot save the data.

Is there anyone can help me?
