Event condition help

I am not sure how to do this so I am asking . I have a form that asks for general information and 2 fields that are enumlist with a base table of ref so the list allows for multiple checkboxes.  I would like to send an email to a particular department based on the selections. 

for example, my selection looks like this:

If the person clicks keys an email will go out to the key person, alarm code will go to the alarm person and so on. I am looking in events and I am not sure how to trigger this, I would like if [Access]="Keys" send email to keys@company.com. Any ideas on how I would do this?
