enum list column is CAMPAGNA[APPEZZAMENTI] refers to the TERRENI table.

If the component elements of the EnumList are of type Ref, the format rules that apply to the referenced row will be used. If not of type Ref, there is no way to format the individual elements.

When I compile a new line in the dropdown they are formatted well,

while in the view they remain without formatting

Ah, I understand now. Unfortunately, the formatting of the individual elements will not be applied when the elements are listed together (as you've observed), so you will not be able to get what you want.
