Fastest way to upload this form on AppSheet?

One of our client has these tables that they want to have on AppSheet and it goes on for 20 pages which probably means hundreds of columns... I'm currently copying all of the prompts and running the doc through a python script to format it correctly and exporting it in csv to paste into the Google Sheet AppSheet database. I then have to manually go into AppSheet and adjust all of the types (except for Enum, which I pre-set in Google Sheets using Data Validation). Is there any easier way to do this that I'm not thinking of?
