Field Calculation While Filling Form

Good Day,

I am Struggling to have fields update using a calculation from user inputs on the same form while filling it out.  Even if I save the record it is not making the calculation, I would prefer the user to see the calculation as seen below, so as to be able to potentially see if they made an error, but can probably live with it calculating after the record save if there is no dynamic option.  Please see below screens, where the user enters a distance mark of each end of the cable I want the total to be calculated (ABS is used so that it does not create a negative number just the difference between the numbers) and then the Total M and Ft field will take the total and convert to ft or m based on the user input of unit.  Thanks!

Remove both instances of "[_THISROW]."
