Fields appear blank in "on update" triggerred workflow report when not blank in google sheet

Dear community,

In my attached template, all the fields appear correctly in the triggered report except for those fields underlined in red which appear blank. They are not blank in the google sheet. Is this a bug? or something else?

How are these fields different from the others? How do they get their data? Maybe show some examples of the template output, the actual data, your column definitions, etc.

Thanks for your help! That following weekend when the mind is at rest, the reason came by itself . Its because I had set it deliberately previously to automatic updates. There is a field where the user needs to assign to the next user. This is the field which trigger the report to be fired. If the user fills in this field first, the report will be triggered immediately which means fields that the user fill in after will not appear in the fired report .
