Force Sync to fetch data

Hi Guys, I'm using this #control=Log_form&"&at="&(NOW()+1) in an App type column so when a user taps in the card view, it takes a then to a new form and then it syncs which works well. However, I need it to sync FIRST (to "fetch" any new data so the initial values in the form are up-to-date), THEN sync. Is this possible? Many thanks
