Form into Form

Hello, 

my idea is to have multiple forms each linked to a seperate table. I would like to access those forms by a (let's call it) "main form" where your input is the secondary forms name and you get transfered to it. The main form is just there to select the secondary form.
Is there a way to make this happen and if so, would I have to create secondary apps and link to them?

Yes it's possible. Create an action for the first table that navigates to the appropriate form of the second table, then attach that action as the Form Saved event action for the form view of the first table.
