Form not saving and issues with display name

Hi, i´ve encountered a big issue i have a form app wich isn´t saving the entries of the users. I have auto save and auto open active, so when i fill the form apparently saves the data and re opens the form but no data is shown in my smartsheet.

Also every app name and view name dissapeared from my apps

Don´t know what is causing this, don´t know how to fix it.

My initial guess would be the spreadsheet you’re looking at isn’t the one the app is using. Try View Source from the table’s configuration in the app editor.

i´m looking at the right one. i add an image (original post) from my sheet and from the data source in the app to show that i´m pointing to the same sheet.
