Form visualization and public data

Hello,

I created an application by checking the option "Yes, this application's data is public" and "Yes, I am authorized to configure an insecure application", but the application only has one screen and that screen is the form view and I also created a bot so that when the user fills in the information and saves, I receive the information that was filled in in my email.
I would like to know if even though the application is just a form view, anyone who has access to it will somehow be able to see the information that other users have filled in? And the spreadsheet is on my drive, would people somehow have access to it?

You should use the "filter out existing rows" option.
