I wanted to show red if the value is greater than 5.

please see my rule and result. why is this turning red even it is below my set rule?

Are other any other Format Rules that could possibly be applied in addition to the one you are showing?

yes, there are a lot of set format that could possibly affect this, i realized. thanks I will look into it deeper and consider this close case for the time being. thanks.
