Forms disappear while syncing

We are a robotics team (FRC) and we use Appsheet together with Googlesheets in order to collect data and scout on other robots.
We have encountered a problem which occurs randomly on phones of different types using mobile data.
The problem happens after pressing the Sync button. The problem is that during the syncing process, forms that had previously appeared in the main page suddenly disappeared.
We would love to get any advice.

What do you mean by forms of the previously appeared are gone? Perhaps a screenshot?
