I read that a have a 10 users limit if I want to try appsheet. I am not sure if this limit is for all my prototypes or ONE prototype. 

For example I could have 4 users por "My Prototype 1" and 7 users for"My Prototype 2" .In this case I need to pay?.

Each app can have up to 10 test users.

Are you saying that I could have 5 applications with 10 test users every one (Total 50 users) in the STARTER plan?

Yes, whether it's the free plan or any other plan, each app can have up to 10 DIFFERENT test users when it is UNDEPLOYED.  Bear in mind that an undeployed app is limited in functionality AND runs only in the test environment - i.e. processing speeds are slower and can be subject to outages as platform enhancements are rolled into the environment for broader testing.
