Function for changing Employee email and role

Hi All,

Currently I'm using Switch () to filter and limit the access of the employee to the Data table, as well as Editable If and Show If to manage which and how they can edit the Data table, by using Useremail () of each employee.

And I come to a question, how about if any of the employee don't work anymore, and new employee come in to replace. I don't want to spend my whole day just to edit all the formula regarding the old and new employee's email.  I have read several articles about having Employee table with Role, about Referencing, about Lookup (), but I still can't figure out how to relate the employee email and their Role in Employee table with their accessibility and editability of the Data table.

Can anyone guide me please?
