Function in webhook url breaks app

Hi, I have found that placing the following function in a webhook url breaks it to an extent that it cannot be fixed by any of the available options. It does not give errors, but also does not update the intended table. Am I correct in assuming that the AppID cannot be determined in this way? Is there a way to reset this?
