GPS not working

2 phones are having trouble adding a GPS location.

I went and had a look at both phones (both iphones) and the GPS was switched on and everything seemed to be correct, however when I went on the app and went to the GPS entry field, I click the GPS icon to identify the location but nothing would happen. The icon would change colour to blue but the entry field would still remain blank.

Does anyone have any ideas on a fix?

This may be related to the way Apple's iOS is managing privacy. Make sure AppSheet has access to location on the phones' config
