Generate an document with the inserted rows

Hi guys, I am using the Multiple Rows inserting method and it is working pretty well and I am also doing some modifications to update to my needs.

So my question is this:

How about I generate an document with all the rows inserted?

For Ex: I inserted 5 rows in a single form and then generate an document with these 5 rows only.

Is there any way to achiev this?
