Getting an error when trying to create app

I am trying to use my spreadsheet that already has data in it to create an app. When I try, it gives me this error:

“Error: The value ‘[0]’ of data action ‘Send SMS (0)’ does not match the expected type Phone or its expected type details Error: The value ‘[0]’ of data action ‘Call Phone (0)’ does not match the expected type Phone or its expected type details”

Any ideas? Thanks.
