Getting different data on app vs editor

Screensho.jpgScreenshot 2023-08-17 7.50.28 PM.png

Can anyone tell me why I am getting different results from my format rules in the editor vs on the app on phone or desktop. The serial number shouldnt have the little rain drops until it is 6 months old, as you can see in my editor view it doesn't, but on the phone view it does? Ideas?

What is your formula in the condition rule?

AND(HOUR(
TODAY() -
MAX([Related Machine Cleanings][Date])
) / 24 > 180, DATE([Install Date M/Y])<TODAY()-120)

Is the same happening with all rows?

It is happening on multiple rows.

But is it happening for all of them? Just trying to understand if the formula works at all.

Yes the formula works, I am just seeing different data on the phone version of the app versus on the editor version of the app.

Server sync set as ON?

Server Caching - ON

Delta Sync - Off

Quick Sync- Off

All app to clouds ON

Change the Server caching to off and test.

Still getting different data, look at these screenshots, one is from the test formula button showing an "N", the other is from the app on my phone,  can anyone make it make sense, because I cant.IMG-3386.jpgScreenshot 2023-08-24 2.35.44 PM.png

To find out the reason, I should see your app and it's definitions. If you are able to do that, please send me a PM.

I selected Row Number and resorted all the format rules and now it seems to be working, I think maybe it was the row number selection

Okay good!
