Ghost records in slice

Dear all,

I have an amazing behavior with slices on a table. I inserted fields from 2 different tables into the slice and then added records. So far, so good. I see the correct records in the slice.
The problem comes when I delete records from one of the two tables. I still see them in the slice. I have to edit the slice so that the data update takes place and I no longer see the previously deleted records.
Have you ever encountered this problem? Is there a particular setting I've overlooked?

Some details....

I'm working with Excel files in Sharepoint. I noticed a very long latency between data updates in Excel and in the application. Maybe this explains it... But how to fix it ? Is it better with Google sheets ?
