Google accounting doesn't seem to know AppSheet exists!

Is anyone else having trouble with Google accounting over the invoicing of AppSheet annual subscription fees? We first spent a lot of time trying to get Google to send us an accurate invoice.  They finally did produce an invoice and we paid it, but now they are hassling us that the invoice hasn't been paid and threatening to cut off our service! I've lost count  of the number of emails and phone calls we've made over this, often getting someone at Google who doesn't even know what AppSheet is. 

Is anyone else experiencing these frustrations? We are getting to the point of considering moving to a different low-code platform.

Try maybe contacting AppSheet support instead of Google Accounts team.

I hope โ€œSpecialistโ€ will fix the issue.
