Gostaria de incluir dentro da mesma view a pesquisa por data e o relatorio, todos juntos na mesma. Vi um video a pessoa fazendo mais meus dados são diferentes e não estou7 conseguindo realizar a formula.

In general, in the first screen you have shared, there seems to be a dashboard view with from /to dates on the left hand side and on the right hand side there are filtered records. 

So you may want to elaborate what different result you are looking for and mainly why so?

Thank you. It sounds like you are looking for creating dynamic child records based on status and dates etc. While that could possibly be achieved in a convoluted way by using actions or automation, I believe that is not a very good way to implement it.

Mostly app creators use dashboards to achieve the needful of filtering records as per user selection, as the following sample app from the article  Get started by using the feature samples - AppSheet Help shows.
