Group action to edit form

Hi All,

I would be glad if anyone could help me out. I have the below group action:

 Here are the breakdown of the actions:

The second action goes to filtered view form where I intend to edit the same row of [Date Granted] column. The group action executes without an error but my problem is, it's adding a new entry for the table instead of just editing the [Date Granted] column of the row I set the [Status] to "Approved". Could anyone help me with this?

LINKTOFORM() - AppSheet Help might work better. With either function, I assume it's crucial to specify the key of the row to be edited.

Thank you. I used LINKTOROW instead. LINKTOFORM is giving me the same problem.
