Group by inside a Enumlist?

Is it possible to make something like this inside a dropdown Enumlist?

 Upper and Lower is a [category] for teeth number. I already did this one but I want to group it by a [category] if possible.

 And this dropdown enumlist is inside this form

Grouping is possible in VIEWS but inside dropdown i don't think its possible.

As @Lynn suggested, the "Dependent Dropdown" setup may be the best option in your case.

Another idea would be to sort your options using a ORDERBY() expression inside your Valid_if or Suggested Values
