Grouped Actions problem

Hello!

I have some issues with grouped actions, right now i have a actions that worke fine when i save the form, this one

The reference action is this one

When I do the action individually, it works fine, but when I group the action (Need to do the same eight times), it does not work any advice

This is how I grouped the actions.

How are you testing each indidual action?

Does the grouped action work if there is only 1 action in there?

First I test it by changing the from save on the ux eight times, and it work good the eight times
